Did you know that keeping active is especially important if you are at risk of, gene positive or diagnosed with Huntington's disease?
Recent research has shown that if you keep yourself active in these areas that you can slow or delay the onset of symptoms. There have been a number of community members that I have spoken with through my time at HV that have reported to find benefit in exercising and working towards a healthy lifestyle!
Is there any good tips and tricks that people have been using to keep active or get their exercise into the day?
