I enjoy listening to flowing waterfalls, or river streams, and image myself sitting on a rock (no snakes around) and visualizing any negative thoughts floating away on a leaf/twig/log out of sight and mind. Inlove

@sue-b That definitely sounds very relaxing and a great method to clear your mind! Glad to know there are no snakes involved too 😆
